Digital resources, such as PDFs or guided audio tracks, are delivered via email or made available for download directly on our website after purchase or signup.

3. Program Commencement

For multi-session programs, access details will be shared within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive your access email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Service Availability

Our digital services are available globally, provided you have a stable internet connection for consultations and video content.
