Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life as a caregiver can be unpredictable. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds to ensure a fair experience for both you and our facilitators.
1. Consultation Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else in need.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the session cost).
2. Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
3. Program Refunds
For multi-session wellness programs, we do not typically offer partial refunds once the program has commenced. However, we may offer credits for future sessions in exceptional circumstances.
4. No-Show Policy
No-shows (defined as missing an appointment without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund. We value your time and our facilitators' time equally.
